In accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of the Regulation (EU) 2016 / 679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, Official Journal of the EU, L 119/1 of 4 May 2016. CANPOL BIS SP. WITH THE O.O.K. (hereinafter referred to as CANPOL BIS) as the Administrator of personal data of the User, being a natural person (data subject), provides the following information.

The personal data of the Customer is processed in accordance with the Act on Personal Data Protection of 29 August 1997. (Journal of Laws No. 133, item 883, as amended) and the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means of 18 July 2002. (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204, as amended).

The controller shall take special care to protect the interests of data subjects, and in particular shall ensure that the data collected by the controller are processed in accordance with the law.


The purpose of processing personal data is to process the online order and contact within the after-sales service concerning: complaints, handling returns, acceptance of withdrawal from the contract and the use of discounts assigned to the customer's account and promotion.

The condition for the execution of an order placed by canpolbis.pl is the acceptance of the terms and conditions of the Regulations and conscious consent to the processing of personal data.

During the registration of the User Account, the User shall set the password for accessing the User Account in the Online Store and shall provide the following data:
- Name and surname,
- E-mail address,
- Phone number,
- NIP ,
- Company name,
- Shipping address and invoice,

The above data may be changed independently by the User after logging in to the User Account or by contacting CANPOL BIS.

In relation to your personal data, you have the right to control the processing of data concerning you contained in the Administrator's data filing system, and in particular the right to demand that your personal data be supplemented, updated, corrected, temporarily or permanently suspended or deleted if they are incomplete, outdated, untrue or collected in violation of the law or if they are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected.

This data is not passed on to other third parties, but may be disclosed at the request and request of the competent authorities, e.g. the police, the prosecutor's office, the court.

Personal data shall be processed until the consent is revoked, and after such revocation during the period of limitation of the claims to which the controller is entitled and in relation to him/her.

For this reason, we encourage you to read the privacy policy adopted by another administrator when you access a website managed by another administrator via the Internet Shop.


The Internet Shop applies security measures to protect data against loss, misuse and modification. The Internet Shop undertakes to protect all your data in accordance with the standards of protection of security and confidentiality.

Personal data in the Internet Shop are protected in accordance with the applicable Acts in a manner that makes it impossible for third parties to access them.

The websites of the Internet Shop are protected by an SLL certificate and the communication is encrypted.

In the event that the User who has an account in the Online Shop has lost his or her password in any way, the Online Shop enables him or her to generate a new password for the Online Shop. The User's password is stored in the database in an encrypted form, in a manner that makes it impossible to read it.

The Internet Shop never sends any correspondence, including electronic correspondence, with the request to provide login data, and in particular the password to access the User Account. Such information shall also not be made available by telephone.
